Unitemps manage the card/IT access requests for Unitemps workers. Please request this access by emailing your Unitemps consultant.

How will I know when my temp is eligible to work?
Before a temporary worker begins an assignment it is essential they have registered on our website and have visited one of our branches to establish their eligibility to work in the UK. Guidance for the temporary working on what documents they need to bring can be found by visiting the information hub and selecting Candidate and the relevant branch. If you are uncertain whether one of your temporary workers has completed this process then please contact your Unitemps consultant who will be happy to help you.
How do I obtain reports on my temps?
Reports can be obtained by logging into your Client account and selecting ‘Reports’ from the menu. From here you can select a number of filtering options to produce reports which will allow you to track your jobs, temps, timesheets and spend if you use an internal cost code.
When are the cut-off and pay dates?
Each branch has their own payroll cut-off and pay dates. Please visit the information hub, and select candidates and the relevant branch to view these dates.
