Unitemps is set to host its first client webinar, aimed at helping businesses provide applicants with a positive experience during the recruitment process.
Discover how you can prioritise candidate wellbeing throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that applicants feel supported during every stage and leaving them with a good impression of your company even if they are unsuccessful in getting the job.
Taking place from 12.30pm – 1.15pm on Thursday 6th June 2024, our panellists will give their expert advice on providing a positive recruitment process, with tips for creating a welcoming and supportive environment for applicants.
The session will cover topics such as how to keep applicants well-informed throughout the process and creating an interview environment where candidates feel confident enough to perform at their best. We will also share insights from jobseekers on the experiences they have had, giving you an understanding of what candidates consider to be a positive recruitment process.
